When will my meals arrive?

We deliver on Wednesdays and Sundays. Orders placed Monday before 1200 pm PST will be delivered on Wednesday by end of the day. Orders placed Tuesday before 1200 pm PST will be delivered on Sunday by end of the day.

Do I need to be at home to receive the package?

Meals arrive in an insulated box with ice packs. If you are not home, we will leave it at the doorstep. Please, make sure to include any delivery instruction for the delivery team.

How does the meal plan work?

A plan will look like something similar to the one below: A customer wants to maintain current body weight, wants lunch and dinner for 5 days a week (Monday-Friday). That makes 10 meals a week. She does not like pork and chooses a paleo diet. She adds extra protein and a side of broccoli. You can amend, skip a delivery, pause, cancel anytime.

How to heat up the meals?

Remove the lid and any condiments, microwave for 2-3 mins on high in the microwave. Some meals will have different instructions.

When will I be billed?

Rocketfresh is a reoccurring week-to-week service with no long-term commitment. You will be billed automatically every week until you cancel or place the service on hold.

How to pause/cancel my delivery?

Delivery modifications can be done under your Account.

What is the shelflife of the meals?

Meals stay fresh in the refrigerator for 5 days. you order 10 or more meals, you will receive a part on Sunday and the other part on Wednesday. This way you will always have fresh meals. You can also freeze them.

We deliver in LA County. At the checkout, once you insert your zip code you will know whether we deliver to your area or not.
